Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CLICK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CLICK. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts belonging to minors immediately.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may only create one personal account
• Your profile must represent you accurately — no impersonation of others
• You must keep your contact information current and accurate

4. Community Guidelines

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Post sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Use CLICK for solicitation, escort services, or sex work
• Share another user's personal information without consent (doxxing)
• Create fake profiles or catfish other users
• Use the platform for spam, scams, or commercial advertising
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with CLICK's systems

5. Content You Share

By uploading photos, writing a bio, or sending messages, you grant CLICK a limited license to store and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for any content you share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Privacy of Conversations

Messages between matched users are private. You agree not to screenshot, record, or distribute another user's private messages or photos without their explicit consent. Doing so may constitute a violation of applicable privacy laws and will result in immediate account termination.

7. Premium Subscriptions

CLICK Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, without notice or refund. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CLICK is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or relationship. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, online or offline.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLICK and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to harm resulting from meetings with other users.

11. Safety

Meeting someone from a dating app in person carries inherent risk. Always meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your instincts. CLICK is not responsible for any interactions that occur outside the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CLICK after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
